Hannah started her 2019 volleyball season off with a bang when she was recognized as the MVP of both the Super Red and Kodiak classic tournaments. Introduced to the sport of volleyball through gym class, McDonald has been playing in school as well as the club for the past three years, and is definitely passionate about the sport.

Exhibiting growth in not only her skill level, but as a teammate as well, McDonald interacts socially with all her teammates, enjoying and supporting the bond that athletics provides them. She works hard on the court to elevate her game and maintains a positive attitude even when things don’t go her way.

Early every day to practice, her enthusiastic smile and a helping hand for the set-up process is a big part of her personality.

McDonald may be committed to her love of volleyball, but her interest in sports doesn’t stop there, having been a member of the local swim team for more than four years.
