Gridiron Fitness is re-opening on Monday, May 25.

We were very busy last week calling and emailing our members with information on what to expect when the gym re-opens. Managed to get through A-M’s .. so if your last name starts with N to Z you can expect something this coming week.

Highlights of what to expect:

1. Come to the gym dressed in workout gear ( not including your indoor shoes ). Change rooms / showers are closed.

2. Bring enough water from home. Staff are not permitted to re-fill used cups { as per Northern Health guidelines }.
Water station/fountains will be closed.

3. Enhanced cleaning procedures

4. Reduced business hours

5. Protein shakes – TAKE OUT only

6. Screening

7. Equipment usage

8. Physical distancing in effect

9. Hand Sanitizer stations

10. Restroom

11. Forms of payment

Services and areas of the gym that will remain temporarily closed.

a. 2nd floor gridroom/class studio, live and virtual classes
b. Little Lifters child programming/services
c. public seating areas (couch, benches)
d. water fountains (this includes the fridge water / ice dispenser)
e. change rooms / showers
f. certain pieces of cardio equipment to ensure 6’ physical distancing guidelines
