Zumba with Stephanie Oakley

Zumba® is perfect for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY.   Stephanie takes the “work” out of “workout” by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Zumba® choreography is designed to progress throughout the songs.   Stephanie will teach the moves so you can let yourself loose, progress at your own pace while enjoying this fun and super effective form of exercise.   Did you know that this whole-body workout is good for your mind, heart, makes you stronger and can help increase your balance and coordination?

All you need is suitable footwear, such as running shoes, comfortable clothing to grove in, water bottle and your enthusiasm to have fun an enjoyable time dancing to Latin and World rhythms.

Tuesday classes start on Nov 4th and run until Dec 9th & Friday classes start Nov 8th and run until Dec 13th.

$70 for 6 weeks, one class a week (either Tues or Fri, choose to sign up for one or the other)

$140 for 6 weeks, two classes a week

$15 for drop ins
